ALL FACTORY ORDERS SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO: Order placement for US, Canada, Europe and Far East: Orders may be placed directly with Reliability Power Incorporated or through our sales offices by mail, telephone, or fax. Some locations can accept orders via e-mail. Most of our products are available through local authorized distributors or may be ordered through our sales representatives. Purchase orders and payments must be in U.S. dollars. Acknowledgments and delivery: All factory orders are acknowledged, including billing and delivery information. A confirmation of the shipping date will show on the written acknowledgment. Unless shipping instructions accompany an order we will use the best available method. Returns: Please obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Customer Service before returning product. |
